Javier Schwersensky

Instructor, Digital Marketing Strategy Certificate

Javier Schwersensky holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications (Magna Cum Laude) and a Masters Degree in Corporate Communications (Honours). He is the Chief Executive Officer at the Winnipeg Humane Society, one of Manitoba’s oldest non-profit institutions and previously held the position of Deputy Executive Director with responsibility over Marketing, Communication, Sales and Programs at The Manitoba Museum.

Javier is a board member with Community Living Manitoba, Culture Days Manitoba Inc and a cabinet member of the Creative Cluster Group for Winnipeg’s Exchange District. He has experience teaching courses in his native Argentina, where he held the position of Chief Examinations Officer for the Theory of Design Course at University of Buenos Aires, faculty of Social Sciences.

Javier has over 20 years of experience in communications and marketing, and has developed comprehensive web and social media strategies for The Manitoba Museum, Culture on Every Corner and currently is helping reshape the Winnipeg Humane Society’s social media engagement strategy.

Once you register for 3 more classes within a certificate you will be charged the non-refundable $200 registration fee. Individual classes must be paid in full at time of registration.

To register for a certificate we charge a $200 non-refundable registration fee. We offer payment plans for the remaining tuition in 3 equal payments that are charged week 1, week 5 and week 9 of your course.
