Through policy and advocacy roles at every level of the health system, from community organizations up to the World Health Organization, Caroline has devoted her career to advancing public health policy through evidence-informed research and strong civil society and stakeholder engagement efforts. As a current Doctor of Public Health student with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, She aims to build policy partnerships across academic, government, and civil society partners. In 2020, She was nominated to the Canadian Women in Global Health list as an Emerging Leader, and joined the Consortium of Universities for Global Health’s Advocacy and Communities Committee. She is also a board member of CanUgan Disability Support, a non-profit organization that raises funds for mobility supports in Kasese, Uganda.
Caroline currently works as a stakeholder engagement and policy consultant for the World Health Organization. She has previously worked as a Senior Policy Analyst for the Public Health Agency of Canada, focused on COVID-19 vaccine rollout, and as a Senior Policy and Program Advisor for the Ontario Ministry of Health.
